Customer care over chats

Most of the websites have integrated chat systems. Customers can chat and inquire about products/services. CSR would resolve customer queries before, during and after a purchase.

Email handling

CSR would handle customer inquiries by email. He is responsible for maintaining email box, deleting junk/spam, forwarding unrelated queries to related departments and answering back to customers.

Customer Service Over Phone
